William (Willy) Gonzalez is a 17 year veteran of the Miami-Dade Police Department and is a Police Lieutenant currently assigned to the Departmental Coordination Section. Although he was born in Chicago, he is very proud of his Hispanic heritage as both his parents are Cuban. Willy is married and the proud father of two boys. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Lynn University and Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
