Bobby is currently assigned to the Intergovernmental Bureau Unlicensed Contracting Unit. He has been an Officer with the Miami-Dade Police Department for 15 years and he previously worked 6 years with Miami Dade County Corrections Department. He is looking forward to serving as the sergeant at arms on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Police Officers Association because he feels that in this position he can help make the organization the most it can be for its members. He wants HPOA to be looked at by its member as an elite organization. Bobby is married and has a son and two daughters.
